At Datria, we deliver information, we don’t process it. We deliver the information to software packages from vendors like Amdocs, AWAS, ClickSoftware, CSG, Field Centrix, LogicaCMG, MDSI, Microsoft Business Solutions, Oracle, Remedy, SAP, Siebel, ViryaNet, etc.

These software packaged process the information we deliver. The result may be a new work order, a new dispatch schedule, an updated replenishment order for the parts depot, and so on. We pick up the new information and deliver it back to the mobile employee. We speed up the delivery process so you can speed up the business process.

Additionally, voice infrastructure vendors provide the technical foundation that helps Datria applications convert voice to data (and vice-versa), connect to phone or radio networks, maintain security, and so on. Datria applications adhere to both SALT and VoiceXML, the two major standards for interfacing a business application to underlying voice technologies. As a result, Datria application should run properly on any voice platform that adheres to one or both of these standards.
